bikram yoga free pass

bikram yoga is also called hot yoga and is a demanding, 26 pose (asana) series. it is done in a heated room to warm up your whole body. this allows you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments, and to change your body from the inside out.
in celebration of bikram yoga manila's 5 years in the philippines, they are offering free yoga class for the month of november and december 2010 for first timers.
